Not at all. The free audit is specifically designed to figure that out together. You describe what's happening, I ask the right questions. Nine times out of ten the actual problem is different from what people assume.
Are the prices shown all-in?
Yes. The prices listed are flat rates — no hidden hours, no travel charges for Greater Montreal, no surprise invoices. If a project is going to cost more than quoted, I tell you before doing anything extra.
Can you work remotely?
Absolutely. Many services (virus removal, software setup, cloud configuration) are fully remote. For physical hardware or smart home work, I come to you — in-person is available across Greater Montreal.
Are services available in French?
Yes — all services are available in English and French. All documentation, reports, and correspondence can be delivered in either language.
